Our gym isn't really filled with competitive athlete. It's filled with people on the go. People who care about their health, people who have gone to the gym in the past (or at least paid for a membership), but didn't quite know what to do in every workout to make a difference.

The key here is that we look at you differently. Differently than any other person coming to our gym. No two people are the same, and at Jim's Gym, no two workouts are the same!

We will take pride in designing a customized fitness program that works for you... and your busy schedule.

Flexibility is the key. We offer 1-on-1 sessions. If you have a friend you want to work out with, we can do Semi-Private Sessions (up to 4 people). Each of you still have your own workout... with one dedicated trainer managing you.
