In our Small Group Personal Training session there will NEVER be more then 10 people in any of our classes; that way you get the specific attention you need. No more getting lost in the masses. We will combine free weights, resistance bands & core exercises to get YOU IN THE SHAPE YOU HAVE ALWAYS WANTED!
